Regenerative Practices
Our birds are raised in chicken tractors, a 10x12 moveable coop that focuses grazing efforts and concentrates manure. This technique rebuilds the soil to be utilized for years to come.
Quality Feed
We've done our research and have picked KOFFI (Kentucky Organic Farm and Feed Inc.) to supply our homestead with organic-soy free feed.
On Farm Processing
Our hands are on the entire process. We've found that butchering on our homestead keeps our birds stress levels low and positively impacts their welfare and the quality of their meat.
